@Shorty20122012 this video doesnt really show you this but as your leg should be angled downwards so that your pushing water down to keep you afloat, also the movement down should be made with you foot pushing water down to help. what she does at the start is just to get flexibility.

This is AWESOME! I've never been very good at treading water, and no one was ever able to really show me what to do. You explained the movements well, and even provided info on how much practice I'd need to get good at it. Thanks a million!
what most people are fogeting to put in their videos, on this technique, is how you have your feet. it's more fixed than relaxed. also you're pushing with the arch of your foot vs. the top and bottom of your foot. that's why its so difficult for many people.
yeah but for polo its better to learn it doing it as fast as u can and also try to do lateral (side to side) frontwards, and backwards eggbeater besides from just doing it vertically. once u get better than try to do it without sculling, then hands up, then forearms out, then elbows out, then hands on the top of ur head, then c if you can clasp the ball with ur hands on top of your head , than once all of that gets easy start using weightballstip: TRY TO DO IT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND TAKE BREAKS

wow she needs to rethink what she just said oh and eggbeating isnt exactly one of the best ways of support yu can kick your legs forward and backwards and it seems to give you the same height but when syncrho swimmers put their arms up in the air you dont get the same support as you would egg beater.... So the legs are the biggest support ... dis girl needs to keep it STUM!

i'm sure they do, but i think black people don't usually get to the elite level because of their bone density. White people can float a lot easier and at elite level that means that more of their movements go towards moving them forward than keeping them up on the water.
Anyway, all women look incredibly hot when they can actually swim. Luckily, I am a fair swimmer (1' 04" 100 m), too. Helps to connect quick :). Synchronized swimming is a whole other league though. Kudos, great video

Eggbeater is really hard when you first start out, but if you get it right, you can get really high ^_^ i've been in Synchro 7 years, and i remember when i was a little n00b and had no idea how to do this =D
