I live 15 minutes from downtown Birmingham... it's even more creepy when they have a haunted walk thru each Halloween... there has been ALOT of workers that lost their lives in that place....

i love going to birmingham and i've driven by the sloss furnace although i never really new where it was until i was shown last year and i gotta tell ya i did get a creepy vibe one time when my mom drove by it i looked up at the windows didn't see nothin but was creeped no less.

My Great-Grandfather worked at Sloss Furnice and told horrifying tales of things that happened there. So yes, I believe. He told me these things before these investigations ever began.
