Abdul Wahab is the pride of Pukhtoons. Qisa is the part of Pukhtu Literature which is kept alive by artist like Abdul Wahab. He is the only one story teller this time. I regard her to the utmost. The PUKHTU department of peshawar university is requested to preserve this unique part of Literature of Qisa for the sake of such a diverse cultural heritage of Pukhtu. I appreciate all the students of Pukhtu department who is striving to their utmost to preserve such a rich and beautiful heritage.
This guy is Abdul Wahab. He is from Duyian - Sawabai. You would not believe this, but I met him in 1982. He was there in the evening [Tang Takor] Program. Fazal Rabi(Late) was there as well. It was a live program from Peshawar Radio Station in the evening.
I have met Fazal Rabi and he did a programe with Akhmad Gul in Saleh Khana, in the 90's, if I can get hold of that maijlas, I will upload it.But meantime I have got some really nice programmes, which I wanna upload first, and then I will see.
i also belong to Swabi, but i had not met him yet.but his village is close to my village. my village is Turlandi and his village is Kalu Khan, about 2KM away from my village.his Qisa of Yousaf Khan aw Sher bano is v.v.v famous whch really he had sung amazing.
