silencers aren't designed to kill people. They are for hearing protection. Get a good knife if you want to kill people silently. Most of the silencers I've seen are used by responsible people at shooting ranges or poachers in state parks. Honestly, how many "assassins" do you think there are? No one wants to waste their time building a silencer to kill a person.

i use and understand suppressors but, if you could place your baffles angled back, like this would be with out the flat front end, wouldnt it be more effective? yea i realize there are holes in the front which let the sound travel into the backwards angled baffle but, wouldnt it stop more sound if it was left with out the front piece? and actually, ive seen a can (i think by gemtech) that has a baffle design similar to what ive described. i want to see this shot

Nobody with the ability to do R&D uses K baffles on rifle calibers, nor does anyone use K baffles of that design on pistol calibers.
