@jsilvajr07 sooooooo ... i guess u never heard of paper hanging .... a bull mastiff is a purebred dog NOW when @ first it was a breed in progress with the final result being 60% mastiff n 40% english bulldog ... they r a separate breed but the problem is MANY breeders of "AMERICAN BULLIES" r still paper hanging ... i currently have a 3/4 edge 1/4 gaff fem who is A SOLID 115 i also had a 100% edge fem 67 lbs n my edge/gaff fem is so active way more then my 67 pound fem yet they play hard non stop

Over the course over sever generation it is theoretically possible to take a yellow lab and selectively breed it until it looks pretty like an American pitbull. Thus you can take an American pitbull and selectively breed it until you get something that looks different. I'm not saying there aren't cheaters out there who cross breed. All I can tell you is that I don't.
