Also, there should be NO plastic or hard surfaces in a Basketball shoe. Thee should be no plastic shiny surfaced as well for breathability issues. These are for unboxing and telling your friends you have them. The arch is horrible. So the new trend is light shoes....which means that sell you less material and charge you more. Yeah I want to land on that heel after a dunk. Painful. Needs ankle stability and lace control as well.

I'm sorry but what makes this shoe look guy. I get sick looking at it. Besides the fact that it is not a great shoe technoly wise for someone under 6'10"....neon blue with neon yellow. For those who dont know there is two versions of this shoe in particular (the blue ice volt version) there is the cheaper version like the one in this video and the better quality one. Now, the one in this video is not fake its just the second version, the way to tell is that the better quality one has a clear sole, the swoosh is risen off the actual shoe, and the toe box material is slightly different than the cheaper versions

@Henrici4 I totally agree with u, but at the time that these were bought, the new version had not even released. These were pre-ordered and I'm not sure but i think the new version have not even came out yet. These shoes are no where close to this "cheap" you are talking about. With working at nike for a while, i can reassure u that the quality of the shoe is still backed up by the technology of the shoe. The flywire, Zoom units in the heel, mid foot shank, and also incredibly light weight.
