I say that the madden 09 on psp is as much as an improvement over madden 08 psp as 360 madden 09 over 360 madden 08. I like it, but NCAA Football 09 psp is just horrible. I usually like to buy the 360 games I have on a psp, but 09 NCAA can be pretty horrible.
