Barret wasn't that tough once I ditched the gunfight approach and readopted my stealth approach.

Drop an EMP on him, slip out of his field of vision, whip a sniper rifle out and pop him in the back of the head, swap spots, take another shot, drop another EMP when he gets close, repeat.
