nice video but peripheral vision is nothing about targetting your thumb. its keeping your eyes in a fixed position and picking up objects that are in the sides, corners of your vision. this isnt as easy to do as looking at an object directly. the depth perception exercises is great though. without depth perception how will our eyes focus correctly?
I wish it were that simple. I recalled it involved more than 12 positions with a non fat diet, and various pattern of breathing and more than one year of commitment? of course, I forgot the positions and the patterns but apparently mainstream Yoga is not the serious one. FAKE and PASS!
Will this improve my vision? Im near sighted...

@UnitedPebbles It definitely takes time for it to work. There are lots of different techniques; this was one my teacher taught me.
