Cool vid! I did indoor planes some 10 years ago here in Czech Republic and everyone just had those rubber-powered ultralights (like me: ministick, F1L, ...) or "peanuts", no electro or even RC indoor planes. You must have really tiny servos and other gear to be able to make such planes RC.
@99bigaznkid the only possible explosion in that case could be of the plane's owner out of anger if it was a measured flight :-) the ultra light ones fly slow enough so that if they crash they just get stuck into themselves and fall both unharmed or they don't even get stuck (if they're lucky) and just continue flying. same for crashing into a wall.
I don't want to give any of the micro rc control makers any business cause they're so damn expensive for how inexpensive the materials are... but you can google microflight and purchase a kit that comes with the transmitter and actuators and batteries, everything, for like 160usd. and you can make your own frames with like basswood or balsa if you don't crash from your local hobby shop.
Heheee radios with some 2km range.

it would be funny if 3 of the planes collided in midair and crashed in a firey explosion... awsome video though
