How to Install Favicon Plugin to Photoshop CS3 (HD)

Is anyone else in the UK having trouble getting through to the actual site or is it just me, I keep reaching the stop american censorship website and even when I fill in the forms there is no redirection to the download site.

Same here. I followed your instructions exactly and the ICO file format does not appear in the dropdown menu when saving. Any thoughts?
