mine had the same problem..its not the cover its the phone. they recently sent me a new droid b/c i was having problems with my 1st one n now the cover stays in very well
@pballa1994 lol I would like to think that too, but when the DROID first came out, almost everyone was experiencing this. Verizon's fix was a sticker, Motorola's fix was to send the same battery cover. But the newer DROIDs now have a thicker piece of foam attached to the inside of the battery cover.
@imPHOreal Yeah lol. I pulled out mine during the vid and compared it(since I never experienced this problem), and my battery cover had a piece of foam on it. I bought mine a little bit after Thanksgiving so mine must be a newer model.
My battery cover use to fall off all the time, but a found an easy fix. Fold a piece of paper (sticky note size) 2 times, so it is 4 times thicker. Then place the paper between the battery and the battery cover. I did this 2 weeks ago and it has not fallen off since.
do you pronounce your name poo, like the quality of your video .. POOOOOOOOO, put some LAYERS of scotch tape inside the battery cover. Problem solved. Also, the battary cover is removable.. unlike the iphone. You can replace the batteries and have DIFFERENT micro-SD cards for various things. That being said, boo to motorola for engineering of the door without enough padding. (the tape adds friction and helps prevent accidential sliding of the battery door)..
line the battery cover door with a few layers of tape and voila.... it won't slide off. please save your bitching for verizon, I'm just offering a temporary solution.
It's not like it doesn't fit. It's just when it's in my pocket and I pull the phone out, the cover comes off. Do you want to see a video of me taking the phone out of my pocket? lol
You are annoying as hell, stop dropping the phone if you want everythings works fine, get a girl do what you have to do and stop doing shit videos like this. annoying as a girl lol
@misterguth the cover never broke, it never stayed in place when moving the phone around. It's a wide issue among Droids, so throwing it had nothing to do with it. Don't be so sensitive.
why didnt you put it on and see? it wont exactly take long ;P

Nice job, I think it broke because you toss your phone around like its impervious to damage.
