Yes, actually in the original version Sailor Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Mars all sacrifice themselves to protect Sailor Moon. Darien aka Prince Endymion also died protecting Sailor Moon by covering her with his body when Queen Beryl threw a very sharp crystal at them.

The title of the song is "you love me" and in russian it's "Ты меня любишь" and the singer is "Alexander Serov" and in Russian his name is "Серов Александр". :) I also love this song.
