  • what is the name of the song?

  • @playboxpba100 Breaking Benjamin - Home

  • what's the song?

  • Comment removed

  • dorain looks small.these days

  • must feel better not to weigh 300!

  • The liink isn't working. please update it and reply to this message with it. :) thank you very much.

  • hahaha Love this song.

  • looks like hes off the heavy drug use, and never stopped training

IFBB pros take a good 10yrs of there lifespan with there use, seems like from 90s on up it got worse

  • does anybody else split up their back workouts. for instance, lately i been doing alot of pullups, lat pull downs on one day (upper back) and then on another day i do my deadlifts, hyperextensions and bent over rows.... any thoughts on this method i got going.... i only been lifting about 2 years and still have alot to learn

  • joker is ultimate bromode

  • Dorian Yates is awsome!

  • Dorian's still the man!

  • the guy in 1:29 in the yellow shirt has NO traps whatsoever!

  • @selim741 dude. i do not condone steroids, but on average, 3 people die a year in the u.s. from steroid abuse. and usually they are real idiots that would abuse them just as bad as any other drugs. everyone on a professional strength/muscle level sport uses steroids. i too hate when they deny it. why deny it? just say yeah, i have used them. still do, and always will.

  • @spidanez they deny it cause it´s against the law of the sport. lets take usain bolt.... if he´d say "yeah i´m on roids and they make me better" he´d be deleted from the record books and stuff.

dont get me wrong, i´m not one of those "dont take roids"-idiots.... i´d use them, if i knew where to get them from. steroids are awesome. i talked to a doctor and he told me the "riscs" of ABUSE.

  • juice kills, well OJ does :)

  • @powerlifted that is one of most clever jokes i have ever heard...

  • @richardself1 Why do people rape, eat, murder, poison, abuse, hate, scoff, Holocaust, ect. People are disgusting creatures, cowards, backstabbing, hence the reason some love to feel powerful from working out building the body, its a survival instinct to protect ourself from idiots in this world!

  • whats your bodyfat %?

  • Bahahahahahah!

  • he still has decent size i dont know where your getting that crap from lol

  • Fair enough. But never - in your wildest dreams - will you become remotely close to being as big as somebody like Dorian when he competed.

By saying steroids literally are for losers, you're disrespecting the collective ensemble of bodybuilding competitors young and old.

If you're natural and you intend to stay that way, massive respect to you. But don't hate on guys who juice.

Besides, even when they do eventually taper off their cycles, they'll still be bigger than a lifetime natural!

  • Well said..

  • ...

  • ...

  • ...

  • Steroids are for champions.

  • ...

  • the music SUCKS!!!!!

  • steroidsr4losers is my bitch!

  • lets share he's my bitch on weekends lol

  • ...

  • @jaky222 No hes mine haha

  • @jaky222 he's a little pussy pussy DESTROY

  • return of the king¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ yeaaaa dorian

  • damm he is still in great shape

  • you are one persistent faggot

  • this louser called steroidsr4losers blow us all! ok?vote for that.

  • well bitch we are a team allready.vote 4 more blow job in steroidsr4losers mouth!

  • ...

  • From what he wrote in MD mag he hovers around 250-260 . Hes still in great shape for someone his age. For Christ sakes his abs(seen in Mark Dugdale's DVD) not only look better than when he was Mr. Olympia, but better than most 20 year olds. Even me!! Its crunch time for me, literally lol

  • lmao, yep, Get the fuckin leg raises and knees to chest done. Hate training abs, but gotta be done!!!

  • Yates is what 44 in 2007 (date of video) he looks rubbish, compared to Lou when he was in his forties, look at Reg Park when he was in his forties, he was still massive. Dorian was a big time juicer, thats the difference.

  • How can u say that Yates looks rubbish? ur a f***ing retard my friend.. thats ur problem.. hes still in good shape, not to talk about the 6 Mr.O titles that he has..

  • perhaps he'll let you into his secret and you'll win a mr 0 title of your own. Your so tough for swearing, OMG, Channel your aggresion into your workout, then perhaps you'll achieve something too.

  • lou was a big time juicer too (n still is) u fucking moron lol, you don't think reg was putting everything in could into his body as well?

dorian is still big as shit, how can you not see that? yeah he's not tan n isn't lean the fuck out but he's definitely under 10% bf

  • The difference is Lou and Reg probably didnt have huge chunks out of their biceps and triceps, aswell as other injuries. Dorian can only do certain movements, and those dont innclude any pressing. Hes obviously not able to do much work on the eights anymore. By the way hes around 240 and shredded, not bad at all id say.

  • shot Doz, wide grip cable rows ay? must try it! Greatest back in bodybuilding, period!

  • sure he's a lot smaller than his prime, but he's in better overall physical condition now than when he was mr o!

  • Epic.

  • dorian is great! in 1997 and 2007 and for ever :D

  • I had to mute it, that may be the worst song I have ever heard in my fucking life.

    Yates is the man.

  • he does not look small

  • and has been about longer than a decade since he competed

  • he's not bodybuilding anymore, u idiot.

  • every single pro once of the gear will loose serious size, they all do gear so get over it ,if your gunna bitch about chemicals go watch natural bodybuilding! and how is it "sad" every man is gunna look way worst than that at his age but the difference is that he was a legend and will never be forgoten and youll just fade into history

  • well said man, steroids are not for losers, they might not be entirely healthy but its the individuals choice, and look at dorian and especially arnold both are heroes in bodybuilding

  • you called me? lol jk had to say it cuz my name is dorian also xD

  • Dorian has nothing more to prove to anyone. He won 6 Olympias & now is in the supplement business. He has no reason to stay on the juice and risk his health when he no longer has to. He no longer competes so why risk it? Just to be big for no reason? It all comes to an end for all of us one way or another. Look at Arnold, Flex & Levrone these days these days. All down sized.

  • Speaking of Levrone, he seemed to have gotten a bit smaller than the rest. Word is he doesn't even train at all anymore. Regardless he's still at legendary status, but Yates is till king!

  • Flex had no choice he lost both kidneys.

  • he doesnt use them anymore lol. so why you commenting on this vid?

  • If you're consistently training with good results and no strains or injury then ur form is good, like albomale said who is to say whats right or wrong ? genetically we're all different (shape & size) what works me might not work for the shorter guy and vice versa ...also pro's like these will sacrifice form for the last few reps when going really heavy.

  • thankyou someone actually understands for once i hate all these wankers that say that they use 100% form all the time ... not true you just cant gain enough mass training like that but to each his own as they say :)

  • he is natural now

  • Haha, you're funny man. I didn't mean it as an insult, in the first place. But I now realize maybe I was too direct lol. If you're joking or not doesn't matter to me. Just clearing things up that I never meant it as harsh as you might have taken it.

  • Im not saying cutler is perfect, but considering his musculature is way better than yours, did it ever occur to you that MAYBE just MAYBE his form is perfect? If you don't get results, what good is perfect form? How do you classify perfect form? Cutler is not in powerlfting, he's in bodybuilding. How he performs an exercise, if he goes low or high enough is completely irrelevant.

  • I know. Just look at jay cutler, 99% momentum and no work on the muscles.

  • He probably does most things with correct form when not trying to show off and boast weights.

Plus some exercises they modify to target different areas in different ways.

  • Off topic.....wow you can make a kickass song out of anything it seems. Next someone should a baking recipe LOL. Now back on subject Dorian looks great. It's hard to believe that it's been years sense he was bodybuiling competively and over 10 sense he's last Olympia win. He is amazing.

  • Dorian rules!

  • Dorian is the best!

  • Why was he in Estonia?

  • We started coopetarion with him here (bodybuilding courses, personal meal and training plans from Dorian to our costumers, and Dorian Yates supplements)

  • well said mate ,as i said previously.....its all about personal choice......simple as that.

If someone makes a choice to go on the juice, good luck to them..and if they choose not to...good luck to them too...and even if you do not compete,(most people who take juice

do not),its sill a personal choice..and you would never know if you could reach a point where you may be good enough to compete at a high level unless you get on the....... Juice.

Unless you want to compete at roid free shows

  • I love how you guys are all like " steroids! steroids! steroids! " like the bodybuilders are trying to hide it,they will admit to it, you dont have to fucking state the obvious, you have to be a complete fucking idiot if you dont know these guys use juice by now, and like someone said its a personal choice,if you dont approve steroids thats fine, keep it to yourself, dont bash the PROFESSIONALS for their choices, you guys are no where near in good enough shape to be bashing a veteran like Dorian!

  • Very good comment!

  • they are human with drugs too

  • without drugs they are only humans, i love to see that!!!

  • They'd still be very muscled, it's not just about taking some pills.

  • not only pills of course but you can make every litle guy into a little hulk with hgh, testo, insulin etc.

i saw enough examples for that and i see it day for day in the gym!

small guys gaining like 20 pounds in a few weeks by doing shitty training!

  • that all depends on what you use and how you use it...but again, its a personal choice...

  • might want to mention the toll 'it' takes on the body in the long run

  • Its all about personal choice......simple as that.

    So dont feel bad.....

  • I do believe less is more. But on another video only 3.5hrs a week!

I know intensity is part of it. Amazing physique. I'm still lifting the iron. 15 years ago I needed to put on some more weight for the sport I was in .So I researched (old ways)and started lifting. Went from 140 to 190-195 in less than two years in my late

30's. It can be done. No juice! It was tempting, it always is. I figure if you are not a pro why cook yourself. So I feel bad about all these young bucks taking chems.

  • I know Dorian was an abosolute giant back then but none the less he still looks freak'in great. Just look at the intensity when he trains now. Sauce isn't everything, he had genetic and sheer desire too be number one.

  • man i want that shirt

  • lol well actually, i forgot where the pic is but if u do some searching youll find it.

One of dorian as a teen with his forearm tattoo, sitting on some bench with his friends. He was a pretty skinny dude back then so you can probably attribute a lot of his "potential" to gear.

Then again, part of someone's potential as an IFBB pro IS how well they respond to gear, so makes sense.

  • Ronnie beat Dorian eh..hahahahahaa,,,also he didnt 'take some time away from the gym too relax before getting back into it'........he carried on training, and reduced his size sensibly as he no longer needed to be huge as he had retired..hes still in awesome shape

  • really when looking at him he has lost some over all siz ebut its his forearms that make him look small because they arent ripping apart his shirt like they use to and ya he is older man his retired at his last olympia way back when ronnie coleman beat him which was a long as time ago he probly took some time away from the gym to relax before getting back into it

  • Ronnie Coleman didn't beat Dorian Yates. He won his last Mr. Olympia at 1997 and retired after suffering serious injuries. Not only did Dorian win at his last Mr. O, but he won it with a torn bicep and with a perfect score. Dorian didn't just beat Ronnie at Mr. O, but at numerous other Grand Prix's as well. Despite winning 2 less titles, Dorian unlike Ronnie remains undefeated Mr. Olympia.

Stop posting comments, if you don't know what you are talking about!!!!!!

  • I like his shirt.

  • lol they all look smaller because they go off of 50% of the drugs they need to use to compete in the IFBB (because theres just no reason to use them anymore, even if they were risk free, its expensive)

And as for looking ripped selim... its called diet and exercise, you don't need steroids to be ripped, and if you took steroids you would NOT look like dorian yates lol, do some reading

  • i wish dorian could help me with legs and back perfect form

  • dorian yates is a bodybuilder of ALL TIME until this world remains NO ONE can have dat much superior genetics for bodybuilding which he got, still he didnt depend on genetics he took himself to his ultimate limits, no one can match his intensity of training he is a true genetic freak, he change the way evy1 looks at bodybuilding he took this ultimate sport to another level he is a GOD of bodybuilding, tlk abt his BACK.....no 1 can compare with him no 1....he is only 1....

  • defintly best back in the sport.

  • Your shitting me right ?? Cheesecake & pizza and still have a six pack ?? Where the hell do I sign up??

  • chocolate starish your still talkin crap after all this time..at least your consistent..and whats 'capacuty' mean...

Im pretty sure Dorians life is a hell of a lot more prosperous than your own,and im sure he'll live long..and as for your 'lifting career'..hahahaha..do you mean when you 'lift' the burger off the grill to the bun at mcdonalds..face it,youve achieved nothing..which is why you keep raggin on people like Dorian, who bust theyre ass to get what they want, juice or not..jealousy eh..

  • I think you ll find he got smaller because he stopped competing!!!

The word RETIRED generaly means no longer taking part..you kinda answered your own statement there..

and as for the cheesecake and pizza, its true..Dorian once ate 98 tubs of haagen daz 2 days before the 93 olympia...all because of gh..and he didnt train at all either..

    amazing stuff eh.

  • hahahahaha! i didn't know that you could get injured performing exercises properly. starchildbt, please oh please give me some lifting knowledge, i use proper technique and i'm afraid i might hurt myself hahahaha. are you serious? that had to be a mistake, you meant to type something else right? i was always taught to left with proper technique to avoid injury. even olympic lifts like deadlifts, cleans, pushpress which i do, all need proper technique to maximize weight lifted and minimize injury

  • right on bro..you got it 100 per cent right...

  • chocolate starfish, your still spurting your utter child like nonsense..you need to sort your English out for one,you make yourself look even more stupid(if possible) by not putting together a proper sentence.Your about as much use to bodybuilding as Michael Jackson is to babysitting..now get back to your men only mag and stop pretending you know about bodybuilding coz u know fuk all...

  • i've seen the flex mag with dorian. i was shocked as hell when i saw his abs. they are better than mine and i'm in shape 6'2" 205lbs. with an extremely fast metabolism. AND i'm only 24 yrs old. lord what a monster!! after all these years and he is still in that kinda shape! very few bodybuilders hold that kinda muscle and shape after retiring from the sport. my hats off.......

  • When it comes to strict training, Dorian owns everyone, not to mention hard, intense and RAW!

  • he seems so small compared to his former self. But that's not to say he's still friggin big as hell. Dorian is still the one and only.

  • this is funn video ... He coudnt make such back with this kind of training ...

  • never mind just realized it my bad

  • whats name of this song

  • Hey look at 1:00 into the vid looks like he still has the bloated stomach going still. Nice try Dorian trying to hide it

  • Your suppose to stick your stomach out on this exercise and arch your back to fully contract the lats shit for brains. This is how your supposed to do it.Fuck are you stupid.

  • Starchild...dorian knows a hell of lot more than you do when it comes to training back.Dorians doing the exercises perfectly. You just stick to your day job.

  • I train with some of the best athletes in the country with Olympic lifts and own my own PT buisness so I think I know how to train people. I was not relating his stomach due to the back exercise. You can obviously see he had a bloated stomach due to prior steriod and HGH use. Lets see Dorian pull 200kg in the clean and jerk and put it over his head. Hows that for a back workout you steriod user wannabe

  • I guess the people you train and going to want their money back then since you don't know anything. Why dont' you take a look at the latest flex magazine and the dvd"a week in the dungeon" and you will see yates' 6 pack.his abs are not bloated at all.The only thing you know is how to talk bullshit. He's a bidybuilder not an olympic lifter shit for brains.Lets see you do 400 plus pounds for bent over rows and incline presses like Yates did.Good luck starchump.

  • Pound for pound I can row and press as much as or close to what he does, but thats besides the point here. I like bodybuilding but olympic lifting is the true best all around sport of the 3 (BB, Powerlifting, OL. My point was if he is so great lets see him attempt a good clean (no snatch). Dorian doing exercises properly thats why he injured himself numerous times. Coleman rare injuries who kill Dorian in weight lifted. Lets see Dorian deadlift as much as Ronnie did

  • Sure you can buddy.I'll quote you."Dorian doing exercises properly thats why he injured himself numerous times"

Not only is your English poor but Dorian injured himself because he still trained heavy while dieting down for shows. He explains this in the dvd" a week in the dungeon"When dieting down your more vulnerable to injuries beacuse of low energy levels and your slightly dehydrated.I already covered this before with you. This is the last time.

  • If you can lift the same weights post a video...and prove me and everyone else wrong.

  • You just concentrate on flipping the bugers so they don't burn ...and oh...take out the trash when you get a moment.

  • hahahaaa he says hes a pt trainer,,,i think that stands for penis taster,,,and he says something about olympic lifts...he propbaly thinks thats an elevator company..clean and jerk, back workout..wtf????.he knows all about jerks...im not sure about the necklace thing though mate,,,hes probaly only got one tooth in his head...all the others have been knocked out by his 'clients'lol...for giving them shit workout programes..got them doing chins for a calve workout

  • Lol.Sometimes you see before and after pictures of bodybuilders..well if starchump gained 30lbs we would have a before picture.

  • How many Olympias have you won again?,

Look at it this way, he is a bodybuilder not a powerlifter nore does he claim to be, he trained hard for years and yeah he took steroids, name me a successful bodybuilder who hasn't, at the end of the day who are you? How many people of heard of you, your a joke.

  • Only few people in the world have the genetic capacuty to win the Olympia. Dorian was a genetic freak and juiced like crazy. ALL IM TRYING TO SAY IS HE DIDNT DESERVE 6 OLYMPIA TITLES WHEN I SAY HE IS OVERATTED. I will live a long prosperous life and not end my lifting career to torn muscles due to ego and negligance, Have fu you steriod wannabe

  • You dumb fuck, all professional body builders "juice like crazy" so that makes it an even playing field, the difference is made in their training. In Dorian's case it's the fact that nobody could ever match his intensity in training that set him apart from every other body builder in the 90's and every body builder since then.

  • nice to see 'chocolate starfish' talking his usual uneducated shit...."looks like he still has the bloated stomach going still"..he cant put a sentence together,or spell....dumb ass bitch burger flipper...its good to see that kids with special needs are being allowed to use computers though...good on ya boy...keep up the hard work, and they might let you out on your own soon,,,,,,window licker..

  • No kidding."starchump" another muppet.Full-time burger flipper. If he keeps it up Dorian will be wearing his teeth for a necklace.LOL

  • dorian isn't hiding anything starchild. He's just showing idiots like you how to do the exercise properly.

  • another great bodybuilder who had a great physique was gary strydom.....i think he was one of the best proportioned larger bodybuilders....i think more of the blokes are coming in blocky now,jay cutler prime example..although great physique, propbaly wouldnt get a top 5 in olympia 96,97,98...maybe all the 90s

  • listen,..im not one for knocking anyone whos bust there ass to get where they are..ronnie was great champion..and some people wont agree, but bodypart to bodypart, say minus the biceps, dorian wins everytime..ronnies calves were well off compared to his thighs, but he is a great body builder.just like no ones matched the condition of andreas munzer or mo bennaziza..but on an overall comparison, symetry, proportion etc..i dont think dorians been touched...including back..the perfect back.

  • mike and ray mentzer r.i.p

mike was a legend..he reinvented strength training for bodybuilders..1 set,2-3 reps max per bodypart..full workout in less than 20 mins...mad..but dorian gained(i think)15lbs of pure lean muscle in 10 mths, with mike..he and charles glass were class trainers..mikes book heavy duty is a great read..ive met dorian a few times, and his calves were the best ive seen,by far..as were most his bodyparts..mike was a massive part of dorians training programme....awsome people

  • the calves will usualy stay pretty large,as they recieve daily use,and mate,Dorians were and are huge...go to 'dorians yates photo shoot1993'and look at the crap someones writing in the comments....total muppet..everyones entitled to an opinion, but i hate ignorance and clueless fukwits writing shit....u dont win mr olympia by accident, and whoever wins has trained thyre ass off, right decision or not..its,easy to talk crap when your stupid, nice to see your not in that catergory, all the best buddy.

  • Yeah who ever is talking shit about his size is a fuckin idiot. thechunk is right on when he state's that he scaled his body down because he no longer competes. all retired bodybuilders lose a lot of size when they are done cause they no longer eat as much food in order to maintain that contest weight. Only Arnold stayed big and that's because he became a huge hollywood star and so did lou ferrigno, other than that, they all scale it down.

  • i cant believe the ignorance of some of the people leaving comments like "what happened to his arms" and "he must be ill" or something about it being shot in 97....you complete and utter arses....the mans a legend in bodybuilding,is still heavily invoved in the sport, has influenced all the top boys around today in the way to train and has scaled down his body size in a sensible and heaithy way,as he no longer fukin competes...look at this months flex and see his ab shot...then tell me he's ill..

  • That's right. He used to be part owner of chemical warfare(there products were good), later it became chemical nutrition and then cnp nutrition.Yates parted company with them and now has his own product line.I met yates sveral times and his products are quality.

  • No-one can take away what hes achieved, hes obviously not what he once was, but take into acount hes 45 in this vid, hes had a shit load of injuries and een though hes had them, hes still very strong these days.

  • Yates still looks pretty good in "a week in the dungeon video"

  • still going strong

    after all the injuries

  • He doesn't have anything to prove to anyone ..after revolutionizing the sport of bodybuilding..i'm glad he's chosen to go back to a more healthy size...greatest ever...after arnold,i'm not comparing them btw,it's just that arnold inspired more people...
