So, during the parley before the battle, the cheiftain of the Cimbri demanded lands and concessions for his men AND their Teutone allies...unaware that the Teutones had already been clobbered!
very good video, i enjoyed watching it :) have just finished reading about Marius and Sulla but i hope to learn more about them...im usuall into the punic wars and judio claudians. but this era, the social war, against mithridaties (cant spell him) and Sulla's march on rome is one i would love to learn more about!
every time I drive to aix en provence when seing the Sainte Victoire montain (holy victory montain) I think of Marius 's feat and ask myself where exactly the battle took place
ya, the FPS i cant help... any battles w/ over 6 full units is impossible to smoothly record for me. but if im not recording, i cant have multi-stack battles.
It seems nowadays that the defeated Teutons were not german but celtic tribe
