  • NICE PLAYD with soul and not too much

  • i love this piece we plan to use it for our wedding march

  • could you please give me the sheet music!

  • @juggler1928 free-scores *dot* com / download - sheet - music *dot* php ? pdf=7564

just remove the spaces and put the dots

  • Actually I like the way he played this- what you guys call "cold" For me the music kind of tells a story of a heartless man for some reason, but then other times when I play it myself, I think of MY personal experiences and that's how I play it with passion. I like both ways though :D

  • if you choose this blurred effect, lower the FPS may increase the whole balance .

    Maybe just 10fps...

  • This was played with MUCH, MUCH, MUCH feeling & that is why I loved it.

  • Clear sound but cold performance. Give it more passion and it will be great.

  • CDP100 ?

  • I liked the way you played very much!!It does a great good to hear the way you played! Congrats:))

  • As people said, you played in a very logical manner. I actually really like it, I have listened to this video many times.

  • i like this video..in the beginning i thought it was a bit slow but it's fine...

  • It's good! Love the piece, probably nervous when playing it so thats why there isn't alot of emotion! Trust me I know the feeling! Good though, well done

  • 12 screamo fans disliked this video.... 76 classical fans liked it... classical is beast

  • @killer40dude I like both :)

  • I think it's too slow, and it does not flow. it's a river, with many new facettes (is it spelled like this?) and you have to feel it.

  • For me as a bass player, this helps me very much. Thank you

  • too ridiculus,

  • youre good. but please. Love the feeling you include in this piece. But please Get a real piano. Its such a extremely better sound, instead of this. At least if your using a keyboard, please dont make it sound so dry. Put some Effects on. Like chorus or reberb. I beg you. but nice performance none the less your good <3

  • Well played!! Good version. Here is mine! :)

  • From my point of view, you have a great talent :) but a lil dynamics and a allegro would make it sound way better :)

keep the good job up and improve :)

  • Mabey it's just me, but I think that a little forte in this peace would make it better...

  • it's a bit too slow..

  • no its not slow, the tempo is just right to me....relaxing just as it should be. its one of the best versions on here.

  • its slow....

  • @evaki771

I think it is just right! The other pianists are way too fast

  • i think the best version is from Hugo, a 4-year-old boy from Britain. so natural flow of music, the key is two hands are playing like one...Hugo is the best and very talented kid.

  • well then were can i get his version of sheet music for free? the printable or downloadable version?

  • @nos0323 its very easily actually, just go to the pianofiles website and look it up and ask someone to email you a copy for FREE. i have a copy but its not scanned onto the computer. but pianofiles is the best thing out there. i have music that i would never have because of it. Like Yann Tiersen and George Winston. Even if you have gotten a copy, its a good website to check out. i wish i knew about it years ago...it would have saved me lots of money

  • Thank you!. This is how I hear this song needing to be played. It is thoughtful, not something to be rushed through and I felt you nailed the crescendos. To me the song is about introspection, discovering we are much more simple than we think we are but in our simplicity we are beautiful. Bravo

  • @wylibra71 I agree, I think a lot of recordings of this piece on youtube are not thought about and just the notes are played...the tempo was just right. so many people rush through pieces the way they rush through life.

  • I'm going to play this at church 6th des. 09 with 2 guitarists

  • Beautiful version of this song! I have been practicing this song on my piano. Found it in one of my John Thompson books. Out of all the versions I have heard on here. I feel that your version is one of the best! Absolutely Bravo!!!

  • Absolutely beautiful! Some versions of this piece are just too fast for me, but this has to be one of the best I have come across; also the ending is just right, not too quick to take the hands off the keyboard. Thanks.

  • Wow... this is relaxing.. I like it..

  • Why so slow??????

  • Because emotion is greater than technical profficiency.

  • @flyboy1c Why not slow should be the question....Bach does not include tempo markings and its up to the performer to decide on the tempo...in my mind its the right tempo....especially for a wedding ceremony which many play this piece during.

  • Thank you very much!

I found the sheet notes in your site in the description!Thank you!

    You are amazing!

  • can u make a tutorial pleaseee! u are awesomely great XD

    kiss

    :***

  • I like this. It's very nice. I'm learning this very song right now :D

  • Do you think you can put up the sheet music? im want to preform this at my recital and i need the music ):

  • Beautiful.

  • when you hit the top note in the RH let it ring by holding the pedal down for just a couple seconds it will really ring throught the room however only do it when you get hight than d

  • i'm practising this very song on my key board, its lovely! and you did a great job!

  • Nicee! A very simple piece, but well composed. Even though, some people like it faster I like it slower it sounds sadder. J.S. Bach Rocks! my favorite composer. Yeahh!!

  • good job! But I really think it's better to play it with bach's rythm 112 otherwise we could think it's an Ave Maria (here sounds like gounod) anyway good job keep on practising!

  • Beautiful performance, beautiful music!

  • Best Ave MAria ever! Thanks fir sharing it. Way to go Bach and Gounod.

  • no words. he was a master

  • Il tempo,a mi modesto entender,en su justa mesura.Perfecto.

  • too bad the video is all messed up. NIce performance RUINED by Youtube idiocy.

  • this kind of piece is timeless

  • I can do dat but i do it nuch faster...So i think i should down?

  • wow. You play REALLY well. I wish I could play that piece as gracefully.

  • the sound is great, and you play good

  • Super! Bardzo ładnie grales na Ave Maria.

  • Haha, I can play this too. It's very easy, even though it sounds beautiful.

It sounds better if you play it faster.

  • Sehr gut!

  • Extraordinary...

  • beautiful...

  • i am doing my home work and i almost fell asleep =3 its 8:58 pm 8]

  • I play piano many years ago, and this is one my favourites classic songs. The playing is extremely good, i'm impressed. It's very very good. Congratulations, it's a perfect played Preludio. Sicerely yours.

  • What is your Piano, the song is wonderful !

    Congratulations !

  • It was beautiful y love the sound of it!!!!! and i am gonna play it soon!!!!

  • Too slow!

  • beautiful

  • I m sure you ll improve because you have the stuff inside

  • good tecnics but i agree with gemmy777...your interpretation is too cold...no feelings

let your fingers follow your heartbeat...

  • Actually I aggree, that there are a lot of room for improvements on this performance, probably I will post a new version sooner or later...

  • i will be happy to heard it :)

  • @cubusdk you must admit though, you can't really put all your feelings into an electric piano...

  • yes, but this piece is supposed to be played quite cold. not extremely, but almost without emotion.

  • yeah, it IS baroque.

  • c'mon, what the heck do you know about the Baroque period?? Do you really think Baroque music has to be played "cold"??? Go and get a book about Baroque and then spam the internet again.

  • no, I"m not saying that, it was meant as a joke, about the stereotypes on the Baroque period, don't worry, I'm quite aware of how emotional Baroque can get (I'm serious). Please don't jump to conclusions to fast. Sorry if my comment left a wrong message. I was just joking about the common thoughts on the Baroque period. I'm playing this piece and several others from the Baroque and find them all very expressive and not "cold"

  • is response to my last comment, the playing is very good.

  • @Skunky75 I thought it was perfect!! with plenty of feeling!!

  • nicely played with consistent tempo....but....put some feelings into it....it will sound nicer....

  • im learning to play this and i found this video really helpful thank you
