Really? I felt he fit the bill very well for the most part. The knife dodging was a bit sketchy, but I've never liked the whole grandiose take on Batman, and felt Porter really captured that well.

I'll give you the whole inner monologue criticism though, Batman's inner demons should be shown not told.

Overall, definitely the best live action rendition of Batman I've seen yet. Decidedly brutal and vicious, just like the Bat should be.

The child will always have the memory of his parents death, but now he has tasted blood, something batman did not do. As a 30 yr Batman fan, let me brake it down what I like about this video:

1.The Bruce Wayne/Batman actor is waaaaaaaay better than Christian Bale. In terms of height, build and sound of VOICE as Batman.

2.In terms of fighting & technique. This is more tolerable than watching Christian Bale's HORRIBLE choreography. I really can't take him SERIOUSLY.

3.Nice prop and costume designs.

4.Nice soundtrack.

5.I still would like to see Batman with his trademark GLOWING EYES.

6.Wish this was longer.
