@swaqqerall you can set in admin panel -> Client Settings -> View, you can see "Allow guest access", uncheck this option, then only registered users can login the chat.

I really am very dissapointed with the support offered for this. They take too long to reply to customer e-mails. I e-mailed them about a payment option and the staff replied. But the staff member hasn't replied for 2 days... Very poor and unfair service. I was told that they'd set an account up for me as well to set my deadline.
