My god, the one guy was riding a fixed gear bicycle. He'd have little chance on stopping for a pedestrian stepping out or what not. But then again, the video was sped up and they were not going quite as fast as it seemed.
Still a good watch though. NYC would be a fun place to ride with reduced inhibitions like that.
@lightmolecule are you crazy man? the video is not sped up at all. do you see pedestrians walking around fast? look at the objects and cars around them. the video is not sped up. a bicycle like that can take speeds up to 60 km/h
You're supposed to yield for pedestrians -.- this is why I don't like bicycle fanatics, always think the road is theirs.
