We NEED a third movie...

This one was very much down to earth, and non-epic - all about the characters and where they would be in their middle-age lives after all the things they've done and seen. I love that idea, and thought the movie was great.

But now we need another epic story - one that once again blows our mind.

I meant it was probably the quality of the script that convinced them to do the movie! Based on the script was one of the reasons they did the movie.

now, don't get me wrong, I LOVED the movie, I LOVE Scully and Mulder, I LOVE anything that has to do with The X-Files, BUT: I was expecting for the movie to have the subject that captivated me (or us) from the beginning at this series: ALIENS. I was hoping for some more answers for Mulder, about his sister, about his lifetime beliefs, I was hoping for a Big Truth. The title of the movie, I Want To Believe got me into thinking that it's going to be all about aliens (remember Mulder's poster).

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed cause of that. I mean I waited for ailens and then is hasn't nothing to do with them.

It was too much about religion and that kind of stuff for my taste.

I mean, yes, I liked it, but it's just that I wanted an x-file and I didn't get one.

I knew before I saw it this was a 'monster of the week' type movie...but I know David wants to do a couple more of these so perhaps the main storyline will come into play in those.

Yeah the 'I want to believe' thing is like the poster, pretty much related to his sister (imo), but at this point, 10 yrs later, I think its more if the two can still 'believe' in this at all still; obviously more a hurdle for Scully.

I LOVE IWTB - yeah - I've seen the movie 23 times now! I LOVE IT!

It's really a great film about the conflicts between science and religion.

But it is more, ooaaah. It's a wonderful and amazing movie about fear, thrill, awful/creepy real things, faith and love ... and what you would risk and give in to save the life of those you love.

PS: The interview was TOO SHORT!!! MORE MORE MORE! I love seeing them together - the film isn't quite enough, hihihihi!
