  • only problem with dsms is trying to get them to have traction. I like the fact you can push the engine way over the limit but I kinda stick to my muscle cars and supras

  • not AWD's i should know i have one, my 360 horse GSx could beat most any mildly upgraded muscle car, i have a V-8'd chev S-10 and my eclipse eats it for dinner!!!,

  • @RocknRican many of them are AWD. no traction problems there

  • @baseballstarjc12 but AWD break A hell of a lot more than FWD talons. I just don't like dsms because their built to break. I'd rather tune a 2.0 GTI or a supra at least you can drive it a hell of a lot more before It breaks.

  • @RocknRican GTI's are such a pain to work on man. and i love supras myself but finding a clean one....ur odds are slim

  • @RocknRican their not built to break... their 20 year old tuner cars... what do you expect. i guarantee you replace all the gaskets, turbo, lines, starter, alternator and minor maintenance i promise it will be just as reliable. ... and a supra well obviously the 2jz is just a god motor... but a gti lol i would like to see you push over 350 or 400 hp out of that stock motor, i have seen plenty of 400 and 500 stock block 1 and 2g eclipse and talons.

  • @MrJpierson apr has good kits for the gti (mk5 is what I drive) that make it reliable it'll cost you 12K to get it in the 11-12s with 370whp, but its also way harder to mod gti's, it is to my belief that the engines were better made, it was just frustrating when I saw my friend's 2g valves snap in half when we torqued everything to spec because harmonic balancer bolt still came off even with red lock tight thats my personal experience but sadly everyone had even worst luck than us w/dsm's

  • uhm you do realize stock diesels can handle more than 30 so dont say they only hold 25-30 psi i was at track and a diesel ran a 9.8 and i asked him how much boost he was on he said he was slow today only running 40psi said uselly runs 60psi... it is very possible this is real this car with lots of work and put together good can do this just most people do everything without care so it doesnt hold as well i beileve this video that car is legit.

  • your dumb as fuck. diesel and gas are two different things. a diesel has alot more bore & stroke than a gas motor. block walls are way thicker than gas. my bone stock 09 f250 makes 40 psi on stock boost gauge.& its not how well the car is put together its all in the tuner.

  • Yea, that's where I got the info. I'm kind of confused, tho. In some pics, his boost gauge tops at 35psi. I imagine that's an old pic, as I saw fifty psi somewhere else on the web.

  • i dont think they make boost gages that go higher then 35 though. i have never seen one..

  • stewart warner has a gauge that reads 0-60psi for boost pressure.

  • fan by intercooler is to cool the air yes but by puttin it by turbo.... what happens when you now let the turbo suck in cool air period.. i would think more hp rite away, if another was infront the fridge even better
