hey buddy Could you please suggest me which mobo will be best for game development and playin games like crysis i'm goin to buy c2duo e7500.Thanks Subscribed.
Wow, I have a GeForce 8500 GT and the audio was out of sync. CPU makes a lot of difference mine is 1.9Ghz dual core while yours is 2.31Ghz. I have more RAM though.
maybe because befor you had vista . in xp it doesnt support very high settings because it uses DX10 although you can sreach in forums some people post ways to play it on the highest setting even on xp worked for me
The best choice for small amounts in germany actually is the HD3850, which you can get for about 50€. And this card is about three times of the performance of the 8500GT.
I think it´s better to wait for other 15€ to buy the HD3850 instead of the 8500GT for about 35€.
GTX 200 series would be much better choise for Crysis I think, I'm getting soon a GTX 295 1792Mb (Each GPU 896mb in SLI), on a Intel C2D E4600 2,4Ghz @ 2,6Ghz, wich I also soon overclock to 3Ghz or so when I have a zalman aircooler, this pc has 4Gb of ram, with GF 8500 GT, but playing GTA 4 on it is horrible, I know the pc won't be able to max out GTA 4 on it without lag, but I could increase quality, instead of all low on 848x480, we're getting later a I7 965 core, but Idk when.
Well, my father would ask a friend of him, if he has a GTX295 for sale (or atleast can get one for us), he is dealing in computers/parts, we're getting discount sometimes too,the pc above did just cost €463,-,this card is around €380,-and with discount I guess it will just be €360,- or so, I'm not working yet, very soon im 16, and maybe i'll be active in a local supermarket, I'm looking forward to get some money for building a new pc, and just get some money for later or so, ill see.
@G4m3m4st0r LMAO!! you need an Quad Core for SLI Those cards LOL!! What an bottleneck!! LAMO :D An Quad core at 3.0GHz OC TO 4.0Ghz LOL!!! You will be so disapointed!!
@G4m3m4st0r me either! but that is a awesome! AMD runs better, cooler, better OC, better Performance! I AM NOT! A fanboy ok! just read much about it ok! i can have an intel if a want! but its runs hotter and not good to OC with stock cooler! :/ just saying!
i made this video 1 year ago , now i have 3 GB ram and soon i will upgrade my video card to GeForce 9600 GT. And i realy don't like to overclock my components , i had a bad experience some time ago with this overclock
Wtf are u talknig bout there are computers that can run more then 4 gigs of ram. Alot of motherboards support 8gigs but only has 4 slots so people think wdf? it can only hold 4. Wrong it supports 8gigs but u have to buy 4x2 gig sticks then ull have 8 gigs of ram. My friend has 6. U can have more then 4 gigs of ram testeure.
but the os is the factor of how much ram it can utilize if it a x86(32 bit) os then it only utilizes 4 gb if its 64x (64 bit) os then it can utilize 1tb (1000gb) of memory. soo it all depends
ya true... but if the os is only a 32 bit one. it wont recognize the 64 bit cpu so it wont utilize it there for ur system is stuck at the 32 bit system config. which limits u to 4gb of memory(which is quite shitty for the high- mid end computers)
Hey, guys im not the greatest person when it comes to computers but im using 2 GeForce 8500 GT's how do u think ill be able to run crysis on this? Thanks!
Is an 8600 GT much worse than an 8800 GT? Or will it run Crysis well? I'm about to upgrade but can't decide, I'm trying to save cash if theres not much difference.
But if you want to save money, go for the 9600 GT, it's a very good videocard for the price, and you can play Crysis all settings to High...
The 9600 GT is not better than the 8800 GT (But not far behind) and a lot more than the 8600 GT... and for the price, it's the best videocard on the market...
I hope my comments will help you to choose the best videocard for you ...
I have a computer with a celeron 2.53 processor and a Geforce N6600. Should i get a new graphic card or a whole new computer to be able to play new games?
a new graphics card like the Geforce 9600GSO(more or less cheap)will help you a lot, but snyway a Celeron processor is intended for office programs and other kinds of general use but not for gaming, so if you save enough money or you already have the money, you should buy a whole new computer at least one with a dual processor with 2.0ghz per core, perhaps your motherboard is PCIexpress, and let you upgrade your processor to a more powerful one as well, so it will be less expensive.
I've seen people with semprons, celeron will bottleneck the crap out of it, but above all make sure you have the right PSU's i've heard too much of people having weak PSU's and uber graphics cards, i recommend you upgrade to an 8500 GT or 8600 GT to "compliment" the celeron.

it can eut quaite well with all at high ... and shadow at low .. well u see in crysis shadow is everything so if u set it too low your fps will double.
also 1337AsianProductions Maxishine posted a video on youtube Breaking the record for HIGHEST frame rates with 2x9800gx2's, he reached 80+ FPS and 3x9800gtx's could only just pull off 18fps average with pretty much the same settings...
im not saying maxishine did a 3-way SLi with the 9800gtx.....i have seen the benchmark with my own eyes on my mates computer, he was pissed off because he wasted a shit load of money and it only improved the performance by about 3fps....
quad SLi with the 9800gx2 is far far better than 3x9800gtx's
as i said before, crysis doesnt recognise 3-way SLi yet
^~Cont. from above comment~^ And, my cousin owns a computer parts shop...He let me build a computer with some of his components Specs: XFX nForce 790i Ultra (mobo) Intel C2E QX9700(processor) 2GB DDR3 PC3 10666 (RAM) Asus Xonar D2 (sound card) Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro WD Raptor X 150GB HDD (minor components not listed) Both systems had the above specs Graphics: 2x XFX 9800GX2 (stock clock) 3x XFX 9800GTX (stock clock) v~Cont. on below comment~v
^~Cont. from above comment~^ Benchmarks: Crysis on Vista Ultimate X64 All GFX cards on latest Vista FW drivers from nVidia Crysis settings: All on "very high" No AA or AF 1600x1200 The 9800GX2 (quad-SLI) averaged about 35 FPS The 9800GTX (3-way SLI) averaged about 39 FPS It's not much of an improvement but both setups cost just about the same.
i meant that crysis doesnt recognise 3-way SLi 'with the 9800gtx', not yet anyway, it still picks it up as 1 card (old version) and as 2 cards (newest patch), the patch hasnt been released yet for the 3-way SLi with the 9800gtx's yet because they came out after the gx2, so quad SLi is recognised but the 3x9800gtx isnt (for some strange reason), and as i said, Maxishine pushed 80fps with an average of around 50 i think, which is a lot better than the gtx
an x-fi will make your games and movies sound much better, but in performance they dont make a huge difference, you will get 2-8fps more with an x-fi,an integrated AC 97 codec will use more of your CPU making you lose some performance
LOL? Obvious GFX Cards matters... ive got a AMD 64 5200X2 and 2GB Kingstom Ram clocked at 800 and my pc doesnt run lost planet... why? gefoce 7100gs..(play crysis at 20fps+) (lowest at 640x480, thats a small trick xD)
thats bollocks i have seen the test results for this, and 3-way SLi with the 9800gtx's is only marginally better than 2x8800 gts's
FPS rates:
1680x1050 2xAA
3x9800gtx's = 14-18 fps
1x9800gx2 = 17-32 fps
Quote from custom PC "3x9800gtx's couldn't produce playable framerates for crysis"
Also games like crysis dont actually recognise 3-way sli with the 9800gtx's yet so next time you want to try and say something, CHECK THE FUCKING FACTS!!!
If I have 160GB hard drive, a 4000+ AMD athlon 64 processor, with 2GB DDR2 RAM and a Geforce 8500 gt, with vista and a supermulti drive I dunno what super mutli drive is. Can I run crysis on lowest settings with little lag? ty
the 8500gt 512 is 1hr old in my systems, upgraded from a 7600gs 512. Game runs smooth with all settings medium, texture quality high 1024*748. My rig you ask
Dell Precision 670
2 cpus on 1 board 1=3.0ghz Xeon ht
2=3.0ghz Xeon ht
4g ram
Crysis only uses 70% processing on my rig in window mode :0. OH yeah it'll run on your computer;)
Yea well, i was gonna get this setup that has either a 8400gs or a 8500gt in it, but now i'm just gonna get a dual core, or maybe quad, and get them to dump a 8800gt/gts in it, just to be safe..
I just bought this graphics card. I love it!! best graphics card for its price. I can max out every game i have. Im buying Crysis and Asassins Creed for PC soon. Cant wait.
I might buy this one but i dont know does it laggs only because ur using fraps

quad SLi with the 9800gx2 is far far better than 3x9800gtx's
as i said before, crysis doesnt recognise 3-way SLi yet
TBS30STM 3 years ago
"crysis doesnt recognise 3-way SLi yet"
If it can't recognize 3-way SLI...how the hell will it recognize quad sli?
Also, it was a long time ago that Crysis didn't support 3-way SLI...With Crysis' v1.1 patch and FW169.28 nVidia patch, it supports 3 way SLI

i meant that crysis doesnt recognise 3-way SLi 'with the 9800gtx', not yet anyway, it still picks it up as 1 card (old version) and as 2 cards (newest patch), the patch hasnt been released yet for the 3-way SLi with the 9800gtx's yet because they came out after the gx2, so quad SLi is recognised but the 3x9800gtx isnt (for some strange reason), and as i said, Maxishine pushed 80fps with an average of around 50 i think, which is a lot better than the gtx
TBS30STM 3 years ago
but im sure that when the right drivers and patches come out 3 gtx's will be better or as good as the gx2
TBS30STM 3 years ago
there graphics cards that make the difference.
obliviater24 3 years ago
wait im confused...what do sound cards make a difference of?
ShaggyHairPro 3 years ago
an x-fi will make your games and movies sound much better, but in performance they dont make a huge difference, you will get 2-8fps more with an x-fi,an integrated AC 97 codec will use more of your CPU making you lose some performance

creaturgam3r
obliviater24 3 years ago
Okay, it just doesnt matter on the graphic card. RAM, CPU, speed of them, etc
LoCoBoi187 3 years ago
LOL? Obvious GFX Cards matters... ive got a AMD 64 5200X2 and 2GB Kingstom Ram clocked at 800 and my pc doesnt run lost planet... why? gefoce 7100gs..(play crysis at 20fps+) (lowest at 640x480, thats a small trick xD)
joaohenriquelopes 3 years ago
i have amd 5200 dual core 1 gb 800 mhz ;asus m2n sli and gf 8500 gt whit super overclocked (1024x768 all medium no aa )it run well ... not great but

G8800 is the best graphics card in the world right now.
obliviater24 3 years ago

i've never heard of it...does it even exist?
drawingmaniac21 3 years ago
no!
G8800 is not!
best is 9800GX2 in SLI !
not affordable though :(
i am happy with a 8600
rohankully 3 years ago
"best is 9800GX2 in SLI !" no it's not...
3x9800GTX's (3-way sli) perform better than 2x9800GX2's (quad-SLI)
1337AsianProductions 3 years ago
thats bollocks i have seen the test results for this, and 3-way SLi with the 9800gtx's is only marginally better than 2x8800 gts's
FPS rates:
1680x1050 2xAA
3x9800gtx's = 14-18 fps
1x9800gx2 = 17-32 fps
Quote from custom PC "3x9800gtx's couldn't produce playable framerates for crysis"
Also games like crysis dont actually recognise 3-way sli with the 9800gtx's yet so next time you want to try and say something, CHECK THE FUCKING FACTS!!!

9800GX2? thats new.

Thanks

I have basically the same system as you. Do you think that 1.28GB RAM will make much difference than just 1gb?

If I have 160GB hard drive, a 4000+ AMD athlon 64 processor, with 2GB DDR2 RAM and a Geforce 8500 gt, with vista and a supermulti drive I dunno what super mutli drive is. Can I run crysis on lowest settings with little lag? ty
stickgore 4 years ago
UPgrade to xp, yes its true xp is an upgrade from vista, and probally...ehh alot of eye candy at medium with little lag at 800x600.

will crysis run on my rig?
windows vista home premium
intel core 2 quad 2.4 GHz
3 gb ddr2 ram
nvidia 8500 gt
apperently 8500's can run on it but does anyone know how smoothly on what settings?
Sunburn24 4 years ago
the 8500gt 512 is 1hr old in my systems, upgraded from a 7600gs 512. Game runs smooth with all settings medium, texture quality high 1024*748. My rig you ask
Dell Precision 670
2 cpus on 1 board 1=3.0ghz Xeon ht
2=3.0ghz Xeon ht
4g ram
Crysis only uses 70% processing on my rig in window mode :0. OH yeah it'll run on your computer;)
SplinterCraig 4 years ago
yeah ram save u cuz vista need a lot of ram for a game like crysis
DarkEntity900 4 years ago
Yes, it should run well

chickenmantoyou 4 years ago
u will run as u see in my trailer and a little better cuz u have 2 gb of ram
DarkEntity900 4 years ago
Yea well, i was gonna get this setup that has either a 8400gs or a 8500gt in it, but now i'm just gonna get a dual core, or maybe quad, and get them to dump a 8800gt/gts in it, just to be safe..
SourMix666 4 years ago
th only reason this is so laggy is that he only has 1 gig of ram and a shitty processer
sirdumbdumb1 4 years ago
I just bought this graphics card. I love it!! best graphics card for its price. I can max out every game i have. Im buying Crysis and Asassins Creed for PC soon. Cant wait.
