This video is disgusting! not all homeless individuals are drug addicts. How can you make an assumption like that. Before you are quick to judge get to know them first
Wow, sad...hope you never have to hit the street. I panhandled for years in San Francisco (while living in a schoolbus) and raised 5 kids. They are grown, except my youngest. Our two older boys are Marines, oldest daughter a pilot for the firefighters forestry service and the youngest daughter starting college this fall and still at home. They were raised on welfare and begged money. All good people, me too. No drugs except my medical marijuana (legal in California).
I have created a video where I to try to show that someone that you may see sleeping rough is still a human being and shouldn't be just written off, as they so commonly are, as beyond help or hope.
I beg everyone that views this video to share it with everyone else you know and to bring it to the attention of as many people as possible.

So if you give it to a company, itll make a bigger difference than giving it straight to the needy. Thats just Dumb! Im Sorry but That loose change you have, could be the saving of him being dead the next morning of starvation. Not all homeless people are drug users, some are Veterians that served your country. for me being asian i morn the homeless people, i help them out by sometimes buying the some food like a sandwich and a water bottle, thats like $2.50, thatll help more.

I am shocked and appalled by this video. I am a current student in the social work field and I am also an individual that was homeless. When I was homeless I didn't use drugs and I am appalled that you assume that everyone on the streets uses. There is a variety of individuals on the street that are just trying to survive. I was kicked out of my home due to being homosexual, not having a drug addiction. I wasn't a deviant. I was a good person. This video doesn't give voice to real experiences.

not every person that is homeless does drugs. However due to the ignorances of society making such a claim they force some homeless that are drug free to become harden criminals in the streets. Some people have no idea that some homeless people become organized criminals to better themselves just so they can live and be respected in society as a human being. After all it takes a homeless person to become mafia oriented.
