We in Irish amongst our many obsessions (land, drink, politics etc.) religion is up there at the top of the list. We can't live with it/without it. I grew up the sun of an anglican preacher man in a narrow backwater in Ireland. Organised religion sucked the bloodlife out of this family. The arrogance of some of the prod community is to think that they are going to get converts from the dissillusioned, disgusted, disadvantaged from the R.C. community. Does no one realise they are sick of it all?

Well said M.A., the next thing religious crazies will be burning books by Dawkins and Hitchens. The word 'God' should indeed be removed from the Constitution. After today, following the publication of the Report into abuse in the Dublin archdiocese, anyone who sets foot in a Catholic Church is complicit in the abuse.
