  • OMFG!!!AWESOME

  • Не знаю что Вы там пишите, господа, но уверен что вы в восторге!

Да, Валера один из лучших, а все потому что он русский :)

  • He didn´t lock out completely....

  • well still so skinny and ugly

  • No pumped up bodybuilder in the world can do that for 2 hours :)

  • I got to try this sometime...

  • I met Fedorenko this past weekend at the Arnolds i actually train with one of his athletes Andrew Durniat, but this man is in no way shape or form what you would expect when you think avid lifter, but he is just a technition with his body and i have alot of respect for this man

  • type 420 if ur high!

HAYyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I just saw ur video!!! msg me on M.S.N Hm

  • el unico valery que me encanta y lo amo es my marred i love you valery me encanta cuando me comes enterita

  • INSANE ...what a strenght of mind....how did he get this long?....impossible...

  • I dare you to try a light kettlebell 10 times. Have a little respect. And trust me, marathon runners aren't the pillar of fitness

  • AAAHHHHH,YOUR STRONG!!!!!!!!!

  • this guys is insane, would really like to go to his seminar and train with him, what a legend

  • he didnt lock out any of those reps s they dont count the way i fig he did maybe 1000 good reps.lol just joking that is fucking insane. admire his mental endurance to do that for two hours i would get bored.

  • Yes he does. If you look closely you see his elbow allignment is like that. Some people just cannot bring their elbow to a 0 degree angle. It's locked out in sense of his maximum range of motion.

  • didn't he say just joking?

  • your dumb

  • incredible stronh inner power and great phisicall endurance!!

  • that wasn't 35lbs that was a 1.5pood KB from the look, meaning 53lbs..

  • He's using a Russian style kettlebell, all of which are the same size. So a 1 pood looks like a 1.5 pood.

  • in competition it would help to have them all the same size so a heavier bell wouldn't hit your wrist in a different spot...

  • omg, are you kidding me? 2006 reps? Insane

  • omfg, i didn't even realize, he did 2006 reps!! that is the most amazing thing i've ever seen!

  • you're a strong fucking man sir!!

  • Wow!!!

  • He should pushed 10 more and he would have had stock footage for the next decade. ;)

Insane endurance. Guy is an absolute beast.
