I haven't made a decision yet but as far as Giuliani cleaning up Michigan as he did in N.Y. the fact is the criminal gang violence he removed from the heart of his city relocated upstate. I live in Albany and it's a nightmare. Just geography there folks.

If he was a better man, he would have come out and stayed with his staff rather than hiding in the cabin.
