@nukefart to be honest it has to do with your computers stats, recording quality settings, and how you render it. It takes alot of trail and error to see what suits ur cap unit. it took me a year to sort and fix this stuff out, its a great thing for cheap capture for GB proof or short gameplay clips, but im moving to HD PVR soon for my more main stream content coming soon.
@QuikXSnipaH Go into your Clip, on the left look for Aspect ratio, Click and turn off maintain aspect ratio, return and strech your video to fit the 16:9 aspect
i dont know wether to change my quality to that, someone check one of my vids to compare whether i should change :(

@iAmLauRawr
Your Footage seems to be fine the way it is.
Would just take to long to change it for not much of an upgrade on quality.

Use this setting for high-quality HD video playback from a local hard drive.
Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, WMA
Video: 29.970 fps, 1280x720 Progressive, WMV, 6.3 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000
You also must edit the video and turn off maintain aspect ratio otherwise youll only get a crappy square picture instead of widescreen

@Clonedgamer how do i make it widescreen? :)
