No, the vast majority of touch screen phones have resistive touch screens which can only register one touch point, because of this windows mobile is designed to run with single-touch instead of multi-touch. I could see multi-touch support being added to windows mobile 7 though. Then, you might start seeing some capacitive touch screens on more phones.

Actually many phones are multi touch capable buy windows mobile 6.1/6.5 doesnt have multi touch support. i.e. the Touch Pro's entire front face is multi touch capable.

Yes there is. I'm currently writing an app which can register 2 fingers at once. But you can only move 1 finger, since it only can track 1.

I will be actually posting this on my channel when I'm done. I will do soon with my other programs (such as using your phone as a touchpad via PC and Media Controller for your pc).
