  • @morselax012 Yeah, they were squat cleans, Im glad you have eyes. Since they didnt say power cleans, the squat is assumed. Any powerlifter or oly lifter will end in a squat on max weights. Form was just as good as any pro lifters doing a one rep max...ever watched some of the weight lifters in the olympics? Form won't be perfect at such crazy weights....no need to hate.

  • @cborigo16 I do CrossFit and my only problem is not in this case but in others people sacrifice form for speed and it leads to injury and a bad name for CrossFit. And, how can you defend the black guys form? That was just shit form.
