so what happens when the sherif comes to through you out I am in NJ and have been workingon a modification since january 09 and now they are starting a preforeclosure and still no modification and this is my2nd mortgage.with WAMU I guess they just don't care to put my family out on the street.well I won't have much to move since I lost a home 3 years ago to a fire.
