Frack My dad was from Clare she is really good. It would be nice if Tara moved some stuff into pop or rock. She has a genuine talent that many of her age cannot match without musical technical tricks.

First off, I thought, "Not another ceoltas kid trotting out her party piece," but was relieved from the very first notes. Tara, you've got the heart of a champion! Hornpipes are great to establish a fiddler's breathing in the space between the beats, and your doublestops, slides, punctuated upbows have us all holding our breath listening to you. You have a great understanding of the instrument. Great weight distribution on the notes! Well done!!!!

Yah the first tune has a bit of the vaudeville that creeps into too many hornpipes.

Which reel? The first, I believe was Paddy Ryan's Dream, a great old tune, the second is a book tune, sounding like Irish Scott Skinner junk.
