Of course he still feels like a Celtic because it was his team. He quite clearly used the word 'unfortunately', in talking to a boston reporter, to mean 'that's the way it is' regarding his feelings towards leaving Boston rather than lamenting or feeling bad about the fact he's on the Memphis Grizziles.

He's playing his ass off for Memphis right now and, as a Celtics fan, i wish he was still on the team.

Tony's getting points. He sounds quite intelligent, unlike the most of the players on the NBA. Was he getting points in Boston? Hell no. Was he a great defender? Hell no. He was more than great. Now he's more than great defender and actually not an offensive liability. If he had stayed in green, Doc never would of caught that. So, naturally, Tony wanted to improve which he couldn't do in Boston. But he wanted to be the part of the team. So he planned getting out knowing he'll be back. My guess.
