I think this kid was floating by on a cloths line or something because the bent bar would have caused that kid to flip more then anything. For this to really work he would have had to have two or three of them in that proportion two at back and one at front creating a triangle with downward propulsion creating upward inertia. however the lipt would still be quite inaccurate and could still result in uncontrollable inertia unless other means of control such as directional controls and more but..
