but after the first one he didnt even go all the way down into the squat position. if you want your fat burning and form to be more superior you should perform every step of the exercise and EXPLODE with energy on the jump back up at the end, not bounce on the way down, thats bad for your muscles.

try doing 100 in under 10 mins. Then go for 8 mins. Great workout.
