Getafe and Real Madrid were tied up and Real Madrid was trying to win and get the 3 points that might and will help them get to 1 place from 2nd play. The dude from Getafe dived to get a penalty and the referee gave him the penalty even though Pepe didn't push him, so Pepe did a nice job in giving him a nice lesson about diving against Real Madrid. Those 2 kicks, 1 step on the leg with cleats and the punch ought to have taught them :P
