@skullkidbenn Thank you very much. I have never been sick from eating wild edibles but my brother and many other people have. Many wild edibles have poisonous look-a-likes so you must always have absolute certainty in what you are picking. I have always had an interest in this subject and took plant I.D. courses over a decade ago. I also learned a lot from my family and I read through quite a few wild edible books and field guides. be sure to wear gloves when you husk a lot of them because they'll stain your hands for a few weeks.
