I use my AK47 to hunt deer and hog. The reason is that the 7.62x39 has nearly the same ballistic characteristics as the 30-30 which can easily be said to of taken more deer in the USA than any other rifle. In the state I live in you can have as many rounds as you want in your rifle. But I normally only hunt with 15, the reason being is where I live hogs aren't exactly few and far between. If you've ever came across a group of hogs you'd know that they can easily attach and kill a human. USA FTW!
