  • On this version, the construction worker on 0:08 replaces a Czech-speaking farmer used on all other TV spots. The construction worker appears to speak not Czech, but another language (can anyone help out what was spoken here?) that may be known by well-studied Czechs.

    The Czech & Slovak republics used to be one nation: Czechoslovakia from 1919 to the "velvet divorce" on Jan. 1, 1993, due to strong opposition by Slovakia to remain under the Czechs, so they vote themselves out of the union. +
