I had this mod for Fallout 3 but it messed up my Gauss Rifle so bad, that I didn't have any ammo for it, rendering it useless.

Gauss rifle in Fallout 2 is best. It surgically removes a whole chunk of chest. They never made the Gauss in FO3 or New Vegas compare--it's just another raygun.

Offically there's only one MEC Gauss Minigun to be found in all of the Fallout games. And that baby belongs to the Mid-Western BoS now.

The next Fallout game should include them even if it's just through stories or a few scouts of the Midwestern BoS that you encounter.

@jadco I know how to do very little in modding, this is not my mod by the way. But I would suggest putting some serious time in trying to learn the geck software check their website for more information. It's not hard though trust me.
