  • alcohol = harddrugs 2

    drugs are fun :D

you only should know what you are doing, ( i don't know if they have drugs test centers in the usa but i the netherlands they have , if you don't trust it etc. then let is test )

and you deffinitly shouldn't use it when you are in trouble..

keep living a normal live and don't live ur live for drugs..

    thats what i say

  • Where I come from (Germany); If undercover cops buy drugs, you cant use that as evidence in court. Id would be considered forged evidence.

  • if they died,,,is their fault for doin drugs

  • At the end of the day they did the crime so they do the time. Doesn't matter if the law is right or wrong. If you decide to break the law then you have no right to bitch about getting caught. It is your choice, if your life is so sad that you need to take drugs then there is no one to blame but yourself.

  • this is my fraternity! hahahaha

    Theta Chi or DIE

  • @777angelfuck haha mine to

  • @uatwmf

You are an idiot. The drug bust included 4 pounds of cocaine and fire arms. Let's ignore that.

  • I dont know why cigarettes are legal?! I think weed should be legal since it is not addictive and it does help with your body unlike cigarettes. If you had a choice between smoking cigarettes or smoking weed which would u choose? Fuck cigarettes!

  • let the tokers alone,i never heard of a pot head robbin to ssupply his habit, most ofem are lazy to do anything other than smoke

and any1 who ame weed leads to more drugs are fn morons, only weak mind lead to hardcore drug use,i have smoked for 13 yrs an never once used anything other than pot

  • Most of these kids dont know nothing about the streets. If the drugs are coming up from columbia thru mexico for example dont even have a cut on them yet. They dont even know the right step to put on the drugs its too pure. Most of the pot they had on the streets up until now was huff. This is probably the purest pot coming into the country now in a long time.

  • Ummm, that amount of drugs and cash in a bust is definately a felony! No slap on the wrist.

  • Ummm, they better get as much time as a africian american or any other ethicitity. They dont know anything about selling drugs. They dont even know about using drugs. They didnt even understand the purity of the drugs. The drugs probably had a small step on it making it more potent.

  • the DEA should be ELIMINATED! bunch of fuck'tards that get boners over busting pot smokers.

  • this is gay as fuck. fuck these pussys, ima shoot shoot up heroin all day!

  • the narrator is an idiot

  • I love the idiots who try to justify the fact that 100 students committed felony crimes on video. 4 pounds of cocaine is worth tens of thousands of dollars, that's not "a few joints". The fact that you dont agree with a law isnt a defense to breaking it.

  • @

    junglistdan

i understand what you are saying but the argument is not over the saftey of them, legal or illegal there dangerous, the argument is the fact that there still legal knowing how much damage they do

  • this is every day in america, but they only target blacks.

this is the america we live in but you never think about.

  • shouldnt have been periciando

  • Just because less people die of illegal drugs per year does not mean that they are "safer." Those statistics get used all the time, you must have to be stupid not to realize that the subset of alcohol drinkers is MUCH larger than the subset of illegal drug users. I'm not saying your argument is incorrect, just that the facts supporting it are.

  • welcome to san diego, bitches. we got the best drugs and the best people to sell em to stupid rich white people lol.

  • Rachel was a good fuck. That chick knew how to blow fo sho.

  • These bright young minds who may have become some of our future leaders are now criminals.

They cannot complete school, can't get a job and are forced into crime.

Sounds like organized crime has just got a load of future leaders.

BTW - Remember when the government used to tell you there is no such thing as organized crime?

They must have just been mistaken.

  • its not about learning what drugs to take or how to take them. knowing all that doesn't make you a genius. obviously you don't get it that it's just simpler not to do drugs. geez why is that so hard to understand?. legal or not, they can mess you up!. i've seen it in a lot of people i care about and it sucks seeing them go downhill like that!, im all for ending the drug war but c'mon dont do it. its that simple

  • You Sammy "Simple" Hunn are useless.

  • @teetofknowledge ohh sure just cause i don't do drugs that makes me simple and useless. heh. whatever

  • Grass brownies for all!

  • Why can't i click on the pause on the video? you tube is a piece of shit, and fuck these mexicans.

  • FUCKIN STUPID REDNECK HAHAH GO TO SCHOOL DUMBFUCK, FUCK YOU STUPID AMERICAN JUNKIES , fUCKIN ADICTS HAHAHAH DIE!

  • All that said coming from someone like you is hilarious, i didn't know people could be so homosexual and retarded, sorry that i spend the weekend with your mom, she told me you were a bitch and she dis owned you.

  • JUST ASK YOUR DAD, STUPID IGNORANT, was THAT YOUR BEST SHOT? FUCKIN FRUSTATED COCKSUCKER HAHAHA, THATS WHY DRUGS ARE ILEGAL, YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER DRUG ADICT WHITE TRASH. SO GO TO YOUR TRAILER PARK TO RAPE YOUR SISTER. STUPID DUMBFUCK

  • This was sad for all of us at SDSU. Rachel didn't just do coke that night. She did coke, then drank, then did more coke so she could drink more, then went home and did more lines until she expired. It's sad for all the green users who got caught up with this mess. I know a few kids who didn't have ANY DRUGS on them, just some glass pieces, who's lives were put on hold, just because of where they lived. This investigation just hurt people, it didn't do much on the war on drugs. Still sad...

  • that pot looks fucking delicious!!

  • the dumbass chick chose coke. she had the option to drink but she chose hard drugs instead. alcohol and tobacco is legal. coke and pot isnt . common goddamn sense. those students shouldn't have been dealing they got caught, they knew what they were doing. that chick found out the hard way why cocaine is bad!

  • Dumb video ain't about SDSU drug bust, but rather one about all drugs should be legalized on the basis that prohibition somehow encourages cocaine and heroin use from citing one whack job's opinion.

Don't get bamboozled by the title

  • you weren't there, and I was. A lot of kids futures were messed up, when they weren't using drugs and didn't have any with them. about 25 kids should have been arrested, and about 70 were innocent kids, working their way through their units to graduation. Rachel's death was a tragedy, but it wasn't those 70 kids fault that she used and abused. It was sad, one wouldn't understand unless one was there.

  • The war on drugs is not win-able, but it is fund-able.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

  • Jenny is fucking retarded for not learning how to take cocaine properly. If you're going to take hard drugs, at least learn to not overdose on them.

I kind of don't feel sorry for her.

  • your comment is upsetting and insensitive. She mixed coke with alcohol, taking the coke so she could stay up longer to drink. She overdosed because she mixed the two lethally. Perhaps someone close to you will die one day and you'll understand the pain. I was sorry to read this.

  • Well, that's pretty stupid and you proved she doesn't know how to take hard drugs.

And I do have a dead friend who commit suicide 6 months ago. But I don't come on the internet to have people feel sorry for me.

I don't feel bad at all though, it's fun fucking with people by talking about their dead friends.

  • i see that you have no heart, and no soul. there is really no use talking to someone who can't speak with intelligence. that's the thing with the internet, you get freaks like you who think saying hurtful things will get a reaction out of people. everyone is entitled to their own opinions... including you, 'tis the truth. and i am entitled to mine... one of which is that you're a flaming idiot.

  • i like how they don't blame the chick for dying because of getting addicted to cocaine...

  • i wz loCCd up with these guyz last year in da county. they are really good people.

  • I personally blame Crab People.

  • dont take weed, take cocaine. cops will be nicer and more understanding if ur a cokehead rather than a stoner...RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTT. THAT MAKES SENSE

  • I agree with legalizing drugs... all drugs, but I don't think kids are snorting blow because they are afraid they will get caught if they toke a joint. That is apples and oranges.

  • I actually agree that they should legalize drugs, but this guy is making very crappy arguments; full of holes. I don't even feel like listing my problems with the arguments he makes.

  • Don't want to get caught, take cocaine. LMAO, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. If that's how you think go ahead. It's called Darwinism. Oh yeah, and these are poor little kids who's lives were unfairly ruined because they sold a few joints. Ignore the E, coke, guns, so that you can prove your point. And THEY didn't do anything to ruin their own future, NO!

Lastly, no she would not have been using alcohol, they take coke on our campus because you don't get a hangover.

  • omg she was a cooko head lol so what else is new with all college chicks???

  • We have another bunch of Krauts here this semester.

  • wow u still dont understand wut im sayin

  • yes thank god. alcohol should become scheduled, and marijuana should become decriminalized or even legal.

  • Bullshit. Now you are just substituting one unenforceable prohibition with another.

My POV is drugs should be legal and regulated. The laws should be centered around protecting others from the actions of the drug user (I.E. If you drive under the influence).

That having been said, the fact is these drugs are currently illegal. Until we change the law, the law should be enforced.

This video is a collection of strawmen arguments making excuses for people breaking the law. Criminals.

  • the fact is these drugs are currently illegal?

thay are legal but Nederland is full :)

  • An unjust and antiquated law is no law at all. Drug laws were conceived during a time of social hysteria and ignorance.

  • Awesome video. Good to see we have some politics on our side.

  • how can somebody say the deaths wouldnt go up and that they would go down if they legalize herion????? that guy is a moron..

yeah hiv would go thought the roof!

  • xisnowman ur retarded he wasnt saying that they should legalize heroin he was saying if they legalize weed hardcore drug users will use marijuana as there drug as choice, because wen weed is illegal its the easiest to get caught with because paraphanelia, smell, and cocaine and heroin hav no smell so with prohibition ur less likely to get caught using cocaine or heroin so if weed is legal more people will use the hardcore drugs less

  • cocain users and all them... weed is still their drug of choice..

people just dont.. use cocain and not weed..

  • Mike Montoya ratted everyone out to save his own ass. He moved to LA to avoid getting attacked after he did this. From what I hear, nobody likes him and if he has never been seen in san diego since.

  • I was in one of the frats that has been thrown off campus.

  • "prohibition never works as well as regulation and control"

end of argument give us our choice over our selves and help us by ensuring quality and right of recourse.

5* please share this with everone, if they don't get it after hearing this their brains are fried

  • Beer companies don't sell to kids.

  • So stupid to send text messages that blatant. Kenny, you dumb ass!!

  • i knew these dummies was gone get caught

  • single? check my profile out!

    stop fightin' ! YH

  • if drugs were legal, there would not be crime related to drugs. I say legalize all drugs. Whoever feels like doing drugs can find them regardless, so it does not matter.

  • If 75% r 4 legalization as medication, why isnt it legal?!?!? WTF kinda democracy is that!!!!

  • Agreed, there should be hell to pay when there is an alcohol related death too, but "causing the kid's lives to be torn apart." These kids caused it themselves. They deserve what they got. Bringing hard drugs onto a school campus is a huge deal, and they are acting like they are living in the fast lane, when they are supposed to be spending their parents, and governments money on school and living. Do you think these drugs didn't make into the hands of younger kids? -From an SDSU student...

  • shocked about the firearms? that person must not know the fact that if you are not packing all your shit will get robbed. word gets around.

  • Whoever made this video is awesome! But that guy who was all scared about the 3 handguns needs to be more educated. I've grown up around firearms and they arn't evil and scary as the media makes them out to be. Just be responsible.

  • I think the point is that the guns were owned by drug dealers. Drug dealers don't have a history of being responsible, and using guns at the shooting range.

  • wow this was someone's loved one and many people loved her so much! How could you say such horrible things. You must be a shitty miserable person spectyr

  • i went to sdsu the year she died...shes a dumb coke head ...who cares.,...good riddance

  • DUMB BITCH

  • 2:40 HUGE Stoner lmfao

  • You are TOTALLY right, of course.

The LAW forces peopel to start using coke.. then they have a BIG problem.

The law in the uk has changed so much, we dont know whether its legal or illegal any more (marijuana).

  • Hey guys, get used to it. THIS is real life.

If they cant tax it, they lasel it as terrorism, or whatever.

However, the cops themselves DO use drugs. Not all, but many. And the others know about it. But cops DOCT arrest cops, its that simple.

The problem is, that before you know it, you have a class society, where everyone of the rank of police officer, and above, can make a decision, as to what you can or can't do, REGARDLESS of whether they do it themselves.

    ROME is BACK !!!

  • Genesis 1:29

Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."

How bout that all you jesus thumpers that use the bible to back up your oppressive laws and constraints on my life!

  • Good informative video.

  • It mentioned Bayer in there. Wasn't Bayer previously I.G. Farben, the chemical manufacturer for the holocaust?

  • how about the 50 students that die due to alcohol to that one drug overdose? Let's see the FEDS do something about that. Oh wait, too much big business money involved in alcohol.

  • damn shocking~!

    Timothy

    :o)

  • Good, informative video. I agree with it and support Ron Paul. Let the locals decide if they want to smoke pot. Everyone here, in Florida, that wants it gets it anyways. Stop making them criminals. Not to mention the idustrial applications for hemp.

    Ron Paul

    Revolution!

  • at least she didn't die a virgin

  • well done video. i used to do coke all the time cuz it was harder to get caught, but after a 5 month addiction i wish it was just pot instead

  • Life lesson my shiny metal ass.

More like an example of how their government doesnt' represent them and yet another reason to disband the federal government.

Prohibition- killing citizens and solving nothing- making it worse instead of respecting individual rights.

  • Down with drugs.

  • and to think its just a drop in the bucket

  • Hell ya They need to ban tobacco and alcohol also

  • Whether a person is goin to use hard core drugs is up to the individual. The fact is 85% of drug users use pot only- w/ the acception of alcohol, etc.Look at Amsterdam. They used to be as we are now. Now they have but a fraction of our crime. They have made drugs boring. Here,- kids are taught to envy gangsters drug dealers by games movies etc. I would rather a meth. head do it being regulated rather than feeding money to criminals. Our national debt could be wiped out. God Bless Judge Grey!

  • I think I'm right on and you continue to make my point. If prescription drugs, alcohol and tobacco are more dangerous (which they aren't if you've ever seen the damage meth, coke, heroin, lsd, pcp, and others can do) then making them more accessible (like alcohol and tobacco) will solve the problem? Judge Grey is out of his mind. He's comparing apples to oranges. A meth addict is not going to quit meth if suddenly weed is legal. Ridiculous.

  • A meth addict might have never become a meth addict if it was regulated, controlled, and not forced to the black market. In Amsterdam, people can use meth all they want but most people have never heard of it. Never mind that we have hundreds of thousands of non-violent drug offenders in private-prison's paid for by our tax dollars while the alcohol/tobacco/pharma companies kill many more people and have no consequences. You're right, we should just keep things the way they are.

  • meth is the most addictive what are you talking about look it up meth is the most addictive

  • Obviously you have never seen a meth addict. The addiction to that drug has nothing to do with it being regulated or unregulated. The properties of the drug cause addiction which devastates thousands of families every year. And you speak of all the "non-violent" drug offenders but you make not mention of the violent drug offenders in prison. Let's not forget them. So what exactly is your argument? Legalize weed? Legalize all drugs? Or punish the alcohol/tobacco/pharma companies?

  • Of course the addiction has nothing to do with it being regulated. However, the widespread proliferation of meth has everything to do with the fact that it can be made anywhere out of items that are perfectly legal. It's moonshine. Prohibition of other drugs is what created it in the first place. Again, look at Amsterdam, people can make it and do it all they want, but it's not a problem there. Google "legalize methamphetamine" and read the first article that comes up.

  • I agree, it is moonshine. However, since new laws were enacted to decrease the availability of precursors there has been a dramatic decrease in domestic clandestine labs. The article you suggested makes strong points but the freedom argument is flawed because it assumes that taking the drug only affects the consumer. What is the cost to society for the violent crimes committed by drug users or the actual cost of treatment or the emotional cost to families? There is a much bigger picture here.

  • Yeah, a dramatic decrease in domestic labs because of a dramatic increase in lab seizures, so more people are making it and getting caught. Regardless, it's growth and spread is undeniable. In Amsterdam, decriminalization lowered the crime rates, but certain crimes will be committed by criminals regardless of the drug laws. However, I'm sure the emotional cost to families would be less if they didn't have to deal with their loved ones having a drug problem AND going to prison.

  • Prohibition harms more people than a half a million hard core illegal drug users and the 25 million or so that smoke grass in this country. If you don't believe me, just take a look at the innocent Mayor of a town in Florida that was the victim of an illegal no knock without a warrant break in by police that led to his two dogs being shot and killed! Happens to often, to innocent people. Prohibition is more harmful to more people than the risk of the drugs themselves.

  • if someone steals or injures someone as a result of their drug uses then they should be punished-thats all fine and dandy, but punishing the use itself is useless and its an affront to the basic priciple of individual freedom. Ive got the right to any fucking thing I want-right up to the point just before it impacts negatively on somebody else. bresides..ppl wouldnt need to steal for dugs if a weeks supply of heroin cost the same a weeks supply of beer-junkies want to get high-not go out robbin

  • I think this video pretty much destroyed its own argument. So only 10,000 die from illegal drugs each year. Yet 100,000 die each year from legal and regulated prescription drugs. Hmmm...it looks like legalizing and regulating them won't help. Try another angle. Screw it....let's legalize them and see what happens.

  • Chamoru503: It seems that you're missing a lot and twisting the argument. Prescription drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are for the most part far more dangerous than many illegal drugs. Judge James Grey believes that if there was decriminalization, less people would be using the harder drugs; Amsterdam is a perfect example. Dr. Claudia Jensen estimated that 80% of prescription drugs could be replaced by cannabis. Even if it's less than 80%, cannabis has never killed anyone.

  • All drug laws are in violation of the Constitution. They were sold on racism and hysteria, using Hollywood tabloid articles as 'evidence', by Harry Anslinger (?).

Outlawing marijuana began the exact same year alcohol prohibition was repealed, and the name marijuana was used to prevent opposition from outraged industrial hemp farmers.

    Just a few facts.

  • Is it just me.... or is that Judge talking shit?

    COKE = EVIL !

    FREE THE WEED !!!

  • when you really start looking into it you will find that the government and their type of drug dealer their tring to kill us off starting with the junkies

  • Is the gold fringe there for decoration only, or does it signify a certain jurisdiction? Make no mistake about it -- the American People have been put on notice that the normal constitutional

functions of government have been suspended and that their Land has been placed under martial law. The information below is not by any means exhaustive, but will at least point the reader in the right direction to do additional research on his own

  • I'm tired of all the talking. If everyone that saw this video and posted a comment would repeatedly write their Congressmen(and women), then we wouldn't have this fucked up war on drugs.

Don't like the War on Drugs? Neither do I, so go vote and make your voice heard.

  • cool vid

  • Freakin' Sweet! A part of one of my tunes is used in the section of this video where the dude is smoking a bong in college. Thanks Kevin. Nice job putting this together. Hope you're doing good and again congrats on all the success with ADW!

  • Legalize Maryjane

  • this is so true but when will the world change

  • If you live in the USA you know bartenders are liable if an underage drinker dies. Let's face it, she was under 21, and when they investigated they found more than they expected.

  • stupid bitch ruins drugs for entire university. do you know how much cocaine you have to snort to overdose... about 5 grams pure is when it starts being toxic (but not always fatal), thats a lot of snorting.

FACT: if this was anybody else but a pretty white girl nobody would of cared.

  • Thanks Kevin.

I think you have always done great work.

    But this is outstanding!

Let's hope it makes a difference.

    Best wishes from a friend,

    BH

  • People sell coke and blame the government for "ruining" their lives? No

  • No, the filmmaker was blaming the laws and the results of prohibition for ruining their lives. The video doesn't say who the kids in the "drug ring" blamed.

  • Several points were made in this video. Drug company's wouldn't be able to sell you all kinds of pain meds. to offset the side effects of the previous drugs you took for pain. Billions lost every year. The fact is cigarette's have the same ingredients added to them as Meth. Most people don't know this. It's just smaller doses. If marijuana was legal You can bet that the tobacco company's would be adding shit to it just to get you addicted to it. I stopped without a hint of withdraw & no problems

  • Love what you expose. You are the MICHAEL MOORE of our fight.

  • it really opens your eyes....

  • so much fund` in security homeland budget but still illegal drugs are rampant in universities so damned intelligence forces are useless in enternal security sooooooooooooo crapped!!!!!!!

  • Majoring in Homeland Security?

    Guess Chertoff doesn't like competition.

  • wow this is all over a stupid girl!!!!!

  • Yeah no shit, God forbid someone enjoy themselves.

  • just say blow to drugs..

  • lol whut? the men responsible?

did they shove the coke into her face?

  • its so simple... legalize marihuana, use the money and worktime that is now available to educate children about drugs (just the complete truth, no lies), and focus on the more dangerous drugs, get the street prices for those up.

marihuana is extremely dangerous for children, make sure that the public knows this and make it a crime to make marihuana available to children/teenagers.

but you need to legalize it, it is the only rational decision.

  • Capital punishment should be the only punishment for drug dealers.

  • this is an awesome video.

  • "The CIA have cornered the global drugs trade (which is worth at least $500 billion a year, this is more than the global oil trade")

Yes and that is why some in the know in the CIA call it "The Enterprise". It is their quickest way to earn tons of off the books money for off the books operations, and the continuity of the CIA too, just in case a president backstabs those who put him into office and decides to stop funding the corrupt CIA.

  • Fuck this, the war on drugs is a war on people, end the police state bullshit.

  • Judge James P. Gray for Pres!

  • Good vid! Hit the nail right on the head! Check-out on Y.T. "Run From The Cure". (Hemp Oil)

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA!

What a JOKE! Did you hear that sissy lala professor ......."I couldn't believe the firearms"..STFU you commie indoctrinator!

Legalize, tax, control, sounds good to me..

    ronpaul2008

  • this should be featured.. more people need to know about this kinda shit

  • This is old news, time to load a rifle and start arresting fascist that are attempting to make slaves of us all. NO MORE TALKING... start doing. NO MORE FEAR... start challenging the lies.

  • AGREED.

  • The CIA have cornered the global drugs trade (which is worth at least $500 billion a year, this is more than the global oil trade) and are now bringing the majority of illegal street drugs into America.

They are using this drug money to fund Black projects classified 'Above top secret' which include the building and maintaining of deep underground military bases (DUMBS).

Every person alive on the planet today needs to be aware of this information for their futures.
