I actually live not far from the Asbury Lanes. We're having my wife's birthday there. One of the last true rock joints around. It's a great venue. While we do get some national acts like The Supersuckers, Jon Spencer, and Reverend Horton Heat, I wish more bands like the the Dirtbombs would stop in on their way from NYC to Philly.

she was using one of these kinky japanese effects, and it made every single note sounding like a radio dropped out of a window. Not different radioes, all about the same. I stopped going to their gigs. Now they seem to turn her down and employ a real bass player... Good move, maybe I'll go there again. They were such a fantastic live band, I really missed them.

@mikegualjr Oh, come on! There are a few other fundamental things to point out here too. Like the drums are supposed to actually keep time. The bass is not supposed to *that* ahead of the drums (A for effort though). I think the guitar is out of intonation even if it was tuned. The guitar is just too loud. He's mumbling. I dont see this going like the Ramones, but it might. but FUCK please tune then intonate (if needed) that guitar, for gods sake.
