you have to to go to raids, hard instances at level 70, tier 4 is from karazhan and gruuls lair, tier 5 like the ones in this video are from Tempest Keep and Serpentshrine Cavern tier 6 are from Mount Hyjal and Black Temple and the sunwell plateu
