no, it really is BART. I have another puppet that's Bert but I can't do Bert's voice, so hence I created Bart, a Bert look-a-like but a totally different character.
Bert beatboxes even better than Phil McCracken. I love bad movies too...although nothing can beat Plan 9 From Outer Space. One Flew was awesome. I remember watching it with friends and they said it was "boring..." Oh boy.... I can't flop my arms, that would hurt.
