The people who are mostly at fault IMO are the ones who hoarded old cars years ago, allowed to sink into the woods, and refuse to even talk about selling. there were a couple of ovals near me that ended up getting crushed by bulldozers and buried a few years back when the owner died and his daughter (just like him) wouldn't let anyone take anything away, even parts. I drove my 64' for years on the bump stops and it's....not completely destroyed. At least it gets driven.
