I ogt a question. so you do a sound check in an empty room, how many adjustments need to be made when the room fills with ppl, cause the acoustics change. Just curious thanx
It depends on the budget. Pure and simple. If the venue or company can afford to buy the best speakers and equipment, they can provide service for a higher level of artist and therefore make more money. If you have a cheap PA system, nobody will use it. Professional artists demand professional level PA's in their contracts.
and the next time, a hint, install a talkback mic or you have no voice after soundcheck and your nerves arent all on edge. and it is very useful to have a way to route your talkback to monitor engineers wedge or have a walkie-talkie to communicate with him a lot easier and faster.
can you load up the other videos for instance of the overheads and the lead vocals? that could be very helpfully. i like your videos, the camera mic isnt the best one, but you can hear what you did.
One of these days I'm going to have enough time to finish editing that stuff. Either that or I will shoot some new vid. Glad you find these helpful an thanks for posting a comment!
yeah, it really helped me a lot, because it is a real video from the road, nothing theorie studio like thing. it would be nice if you put the other videos also in here. edited or, if you havent enough time, unedited for the first time.
what pa did you used at this gig? meyer HP650 3 per side and what kind of top boxes?
you have feed the subs via an aux send extra, did i get that right?
I Use the same board. What do you look for when you EQ the bass quitar? (What tips do you have to give me about Bass quitar EQing)-
