The way I see it, Johnny Cash is either the most "Rock 'n' Roll" that Country music ever got, or, the most "Country" that Rock 'n' Roll ever got! @tsukka According to Deke Dickerson, the Echosonic amp had only one delay time which was perfect for most rockabilly music. One could vary the intensity but not the delay. Luther is probably using a Standel which everyone used on Ranch Party. Cheers.

I find it pretty cool to see they all played just the same instruments in the early years. I mean if you watch the "Don't mae me go" video for example, that was one year later, but they still played the same guitars. They bought them themselves in 1955 and carried them around just like any normal person owning a guitar does. Great!
