  • Offhand, I'd say that this was one of the Famous cartoons that had its original titles restored when NTA made new syndication prints in the 1970's. Just a guess.

  • Johnny Gent's and Morey Reden's first credit, which would mean this was animated in New York, even though it was recorded using Western Electric.

    This one is not in pretty good shape. 1:27 - 1:46 and 2:02 don't look good.

  • @ParamountCartoons I have no idea what the brief shifts to a greenish tint are about. I can only surmise it's a defect of the NTA print.

  • @superleviathan : So... the greenish tint is in the official Spanish DVD edition of this short as well? (Assuming that's where you got this from.)
