  • Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that the infant in the video slumped down during the installation process. As stated the harness should be at or below your infants shoulders. We will work to correct this video immediately.

  • I'm pretty disappointed in this video...... haha

    FYI for people watching this video... the harness straps aren't correct when they show the guy putting the baby in. They are too high!

    For rear-facing, the straps have to be AT or BELOW the child's shoulders.

    For forward-facing, the straps have to be AT or ABOVE.
