I had this game some time ago, couldn't play it because I have a 8600GT and I can't turn the damn graphics down. Looks like a great game with bad implementation on PC.

Still waiting for my next upgrade so I can actually run this game at all.

This gane is great for its location and grapics as well as enemies but bye remaking the game entirely they have taken away what made the first Area 51 game so intresting. It was great to be able to fight aliens AS an alien and to be able to use alien technology. Even the biologictechnology soldiers would have sufficed. This is a travest to the original design.

well besides FlUdDeStRoYeR94 being wrong because resistance 2 came out BEFORE blacksite(a whole year before.. same with ps3), i was really looking forward to this game. when i first saw it, the only problem i saw was the framerate. everything else looked great. but after playing the demo, and a bit of the game, it was a huge let down. why couldn't they just delay it?

the problem with this game is they tried to make it realistic...and it ruined the game, if you've played the first Area-51, the console version with David Duchovny in it, it's way better because they didn't focus on realism, but instead, on emphasizing the Area-51 conspiracy theory.

This is probably the game with most different opinions, about 50% says is shit the other 50 says it's great! Guess ill just have to play it and make my own opinion.

Well, in terms of the big picture- entertainment of blasting little badass aliens and graphics (It is the Unreal 3 Engine) it scores fine but those who are saying this game is great either haven't played a top rated shooter in a long time or don't look deep enough. The game is "bug riddened" it's full of sound glitches and you will probably experience frequent game crashes.

It uses a retarded check point system that forces you to watch the un-skipable cut scene again. Your teamates Ai are horrible, they can barely cover you for ten seconds. The game is extremely easy due to a regenerating health system and ammo boxes all over the place.

Overall it's just doesn't do anything that has been done better by other FPSs, if you have completely nothing else to play (Which I find hard to believe with all the awsome titles in 07)or just have too much money on your hand then you can give it go. Otherwise, you're better off sticking with an 07 shooter for now.

i just bought this game today and it kicks so much ass!!! only downsides though are,

1. no co-op without xbox live

2. on the second episode everytime you get past a blockaid a new vehicale is waiting for you on the otherside.

other than that it's better than i hoped
