Having endured this music video, I find the music generic, the lyrics as intellectually insubstantial as an empty pillowcase, and the entire presentation more forced than ordinary pretentiousness would ever dast brag of. Even the faces of the audience looked tepid. Imagine the singers reviewing this presentation years later, and not being embarrassed. I know I would be.
The Oak Ridge Boys have recorded several Christmas albums - this "feel good with a message" song is off their first one that also included "Thank God For Kids". To me this conveys the joy of Jesus birth and the infectious excitement that brings out the child-like wonder of the season. Happy Birthday! (okay, where's the "replay for the 6th time" button) ;-)
